In Episode II, General Offshore Fishing, David will discuss the techniques for successful offshore fishing.

 He will cover the use of natural baits, artificial baits and the combination of the two. Demonstrate the patterns used in trolling and the theory behind them. With the natural bait, David will discuss the way to select good, fresh baits. David will also show you how to catch your own bait and how to preserve the bait for storage.

 Bait rigging and preparation will be a big part of the film. David will rig ballyhoo, mullet, squid and Spanish mackerel.
